FAQ

  • Do you take custom orders?

Not at this time. When creating custom pieces, it's necessary to make multiples in case the kiln gods are not favourable and a piece does not turn out as expected. To save disappointment and waste, my process is to focus on offering you small monthly batches of work that are ready to ship and enjoy.

  • When will I be able to pickup my purchase?

If you select 'Local Pickup' when purchasing an item, it will be ready for you after 9am on the next business day (Mug Club Membership excluded). Once payment is received, you will be contacted by email with a pickup location.

  • Do you ship internationally?

My studio is in Ontario, Canada and due to the Covid pandemic, I am currently only offering shipping to Canada and the United States.

  • How does the Mug Club Membership work?

With the purchase of one subscription, you will receive three mugs in total. One handmade mug per month for the three month membership that is purchased. Each mug will be mailed out by the 15th of each month during that membership period unless porch pickup is selected. If local pickup is selected, you would be contacted close to that date to arrange a time convenient for you for pick up. You will receive one mug specifically made for each of the three months and you will not receive the same mug twice during this subscription period. At the end of a three month membership you will have received a total of 3 different mugs handmade with lots of love from me in my cozy studio.

  • I don't see anything for sale, where can I buy your work?

I am so thankful and grateful that you want to support my creative life! If there's nothing available in the shop, then I am most likely in the studio, happily preparing work for the next monthly shop update. I announce the date and time of each shop update on the homepage of this website and in my instagram bio. You can also sign up for my mailing list to receive notifications for updates.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

I'm unable to accept wholesale orders at this time as my days are full preparing for monthly updates.

  • Are items dishwasher safe?

The short answer is yes but hand washing is always best, and will ensure a long life for them. Refrain from extreme temperature changes to avoid thermal shock. You can warm up your pots under warm tap water before pouring hot water into them. Boiling water should not be poured directly into your pieces.
